ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE A41 GLA ROAD (HENDON WAY, BARNET) BANNED TURN TRAFFIC ORDER 2005

1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above-named Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to prohibit movement through the gap in the central reserve which lies opposite No 617 Finchley Road except for trafic on the eastbound main carriageway of A41 Hendon Way. 3. The road which would be affected by the Order is the A41 Hendon Way. 4. A copy of the Order, a statement of Transport for London’s reasons for the proposals, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of: Transport for London, Road Network Development, Traffic Orders Team, Faith Lawson House, 15-17 Dacre Street, London SW1H 0NR; and London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ. 5. All objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections and representations must be sent to Transport for London, Street Management, Windsor House, 42-50 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0TL, quoting Ref TASS/AD/SF/TO, GLA/2005/245, to arrive before 29 September 2005. Objections and other representations may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
