Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of A G Kakouris Ltd, 43 Blackstock Road, London N4 2JF, on 30 September 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am; 10.45 am and 11.00 am; 11.30 am and 11.45 am; 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm; and 3.00 pm and 3.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
