Notice of Dividends

ORCHARD INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, the Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months of 30 September 2005. Notice is hereby given that Creditors are required, on or before 30 September 2005, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Company to the undersigned, Neil Gibson, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, at CBA, 435 Lichfield Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 7SS, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.
