Skymark Packaging International Ltd has applied under the Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations 2000 for a permit from Herefordshire Council to operate an installation for a printing activity exceeding 200 tonnes of organic solvent per year at Skymark Packaging International Ltd, Glendower Road, Southern Avenue, Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 0QF. The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment. The application also contains a description of all the information required to include in its application to Herefordshire Council. A copy of the application has been placed on Herefordshire Council’s public register and is available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Bath Street Offices, Bath Street, Hereford. Written comments and representations may be sent to Herefordshire Council at the Bath Street Offices, Bath Street, Hereford HR1 2ZF, within 28 days of the date of this advertisement. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done.
