THE BEXLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200
1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to, the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) (Amendment No ) Traffic Order 200 would be to furtner amend the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) Traffic Order 1997, so that: Parking places in which vehicles displaying a valid residents permit may be left between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays are provided in Queen Street, Erith. 3. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and loading Restriction) (Amendment No ) Traffic Order 200 would be to further amend the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2002 so that: (a) the existing “at any time” waiting restrictions in parts of Queen Street, Erith, are changes to apply from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on Mondays to Saturdays; and (b) additional waiting restrictions which apply “at any time” are introduced in Queen Street, Erith. 4. Copies of the proposed Order, the Bexley (Miscellaneous Parking Places) Traffic Order 1997 (and the Orders which have amended that Order); the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2002 (and the Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and of a map which indicates the length of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at The Contact Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB. 5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the Traffic, Parking and Design Group, Wycham House, 2nd Floor, 207 Longlands Road, Sidcup DA15 7JH, within the above 21 days. 7. Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that in view of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
