At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Tenon, The Old Mill, Park Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5BS, on 17 August 2005, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Stanley Gilderthorp, of Gilderthorps, 22 Paul Street, Shepton Mallet, Somerset BA4 5LA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G R Fear, Chairman
