(PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (REVOCATION NO  ) ORDER 200 

GOLDEN SQUARE

1. Notice is hereby given, that the Westminster City Council propose to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Orders would be to lengthen a residents’ parking place on the north-west side of Golden Square to replace a redundant “white badge” disabled person’s parking place. In respect of the residents’ parking place, the classes of vehicles for which it would be available, the hours during which it would operate and all the time limits during which vehicles may be left in the parking places would remain unchanged. 3. The proposed Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone number (020) 7798 1983. 5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, quoting Ref 10562001/5312/ID/5015/PBEJ until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
