Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that I, the Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare and distribute a First and Final Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company within 4 months of 9 September 2005. Notice is hereby given that Creditors are required on or before 9 September 2005, which is the last date for proving, to prove their debt by sending a written statement of the amount they claim to be due from the Company to the undersigned, Mark Tailby, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, at CBA, 39 Castle Street, Leicester LE1 5WN, and, of so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary.
