NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58 NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

1. Three months’ advance notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intends to carry out substantial road works. 2. The street/road in which these works will take place is: B4035, Pudlicott Lane. 3. OS Grid Ref 417577E 238885N to 418190E 238870N. Work is expected to affect the: Carriageway for a length of 600 metres. 4. Work is expected to commence on: 3 November 2005. 5. The works notified will include: Carriageway Surfacing and Highway Drainage. 6. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and regulations under it, no street works may be expected for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described in paragraph 5 without the consent of the said Highway Authority/Roads Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
