(In Bankruptcy) Notice is hereby given that by an Order of the High Court of Justice made on 25 July 2005, and sealed on 28 July 2005, Roderick Julian Jones, a former Partner in the firm, BN Jackson Norton, was removed from office as Trustee of the above estates in Bankruptcy with effect from 25 July 2005 and that Shirley Angela Jackson, a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Office Holder No 5383, and a Partner in the firm, BN Jackson Norton, was appointed Trustee of the above Bankruptcies with effect from 25 July 2005. Any Creditor of the Bankruptcy Estates shall be at liberty to apply to Court to vary or discharge the Order dated 25 July 2005, within 21 days of the date of this notice appearing in The London Gazette .
