Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Henderson & Co., 12 Tumblewood Road, Banstead, Surrey SM7 1DX, on Thursday 1 September 2005, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and of hearing an explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
