Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of ThorntonRones, 167 High Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4LF, on 2 September 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving a report and account by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of and to receive any explanation regarding the conduct of the liquidation. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting: that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 21 July 2005 and final report be approved, to approve the Liquidator’s remuneration pursuant to Rule 4.127(2)(b) of The Insolvency Rules 1986, by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the winding-up and that the Liquidator be released from office. A Dividend will not be paid to Creditors as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of secured and preferential Creditors and the costs and expenses of the liquidation. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
