(t/a Nationwide Auctioneers) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, on 18 July 2005, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gary E Blackburn and David L Cockshott, of the firm of BWC Business Solutions, 8 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2RU, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” H Cooper, Chairman
