A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at the Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW, on Friday 2 September 2005, at 10.00 am. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will follow at 10.15 am at the same date and place.
