THE BEXLEY (PROHIBITION OF STOPPING OUTSIDE SCHOOLS) (AMENDMENT NO  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 200 

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No ) Traffic Order 200  would be to further amend the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2002 so that: “At any time” waiting restrictions are introduced in additional lengths of Woodside Road, Bexleyheath. 3. The general effect of the Bexley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (Amendment No...) Traffic Order 200 , would be to further amend the Bexley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) Traffic Order 1994 so as to: (a) amend one existing school keep clear restriction in Woodside Road (west side), and (b) introduce two new school keep clear restrictions in Woodside Road (east side), Bexleyheath. The above proposals are revised to the previously advertised notice dated 10 March 2005. 4. Copies of the proposed Orders, The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Traffic Order 2002 (and the Orders that have amended that Order); The Bexley (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) Traffic Order 1994 (and the Orders which have amended that Order). The Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and of a map which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, in The Contact Centre, Civic Offices, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7LB. 5. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Gordon Kiley on 020-8303-7777, Ext 5932. 6. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the Traffic, Parking and Design Group, Wyncham House, 207 Longlands Road, Sidcup, Kent DA15 7LH, within 21 days of the date of this notice. 7. Persons objecting to the proposed Orders should be aware that in view of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council would be legally obliged to make any comments received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
