Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 April 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 June 2005, Emma Elizabeth Pettipher and Anthony Pettipher, 14 c Peninsula Tower, Hyde Park, London SW7 1SE, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said JEMIMA AMY ELISABETH BLACKBURN PETTIPHER, who is a child single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jemima Amy Elisabeth Blackburn Gittings and assumed the name of Jemima Amy Elisabeth Blackburn Pettipher.
