Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 June 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 June 2005, by Cynthia Ann Whybra, of 21 Southfields Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 0AU, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said TAMARA-LEIGH WHYBRA, who is a child, single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tamara-Leigh Barden and assumed the name of Tamara-Leigh Whybra.
