Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden, on 23June2005, made the above-mentioned Orders, the details of which are as previously published in The London Gazette on 4July2005. The general nature and effect of: 1. the (Diplomatic) Order will be to introduce a new parking place in Fitzroy Street on the north-east side from a point 10.2 metres south-east of the north-west building wall of 41 Fitzroy Square, south-eastwards for a distance of 11.5 metres; 2. the (Business) Order will be to convert an existing pay and display space in Bedford Row and introduce a new bay on single yellow line in Rugby Street into a designated Business scheme (A) parking places, for which only the vehicle that display a valid business permit may park for a maximum time period of 3 hours per each stay, during the permitted hours. Revoke existing business bay in Eyre Street Hill; and 3. the (Disabled) Orders will be to introduce dedicated permit parking places at 151-153 Goldhurst Terrace; 46-48 Frederick Street; Millman Street junction with Rugby Street; 5 Buckland Crescent; 96-98 Hillfield Road; 33-35 Fordwych Road; 88-90 College Place. Also to introduce disabled (blue badge) parking places in Montague Place; Red Lion Square and Chetwynd Road. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 4July2005, and of Orders being amended and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Orders may be inspected during normal office hours onMondays toFridays inclusive, at the Environment Reception, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to question the validity of an Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement or Instrument made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
