Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Martin Sklan & Co, 133 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HJ, on Thursday 30 June 2005, at 2.00 pm precisely, to receive the account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up, during the liquidation and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company to attend and vote instead of him.
