Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at The Meeting House, Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1YS, on Thursday 7 July 2005, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year to 30 March 2005.
