A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes of considering the following Resolutions: to accept the Liquidator’s final report on the administration of the liquidation to date and that the Liquidator should be granted his release from office under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at HKM LLP, 73-75 Aston Road North, Waterlinks, Birmingham B6 4DA, on 15 July 2005, at 1.30 pm. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on the day preceding the Meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
