A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property has been disposed of.
