NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Paul Jonathan Ward Robinson, trading as Waterland Organics, of Willow Farm, Lode Fen, Lode, Cambridge, is applying to the Environment Agency for a licence to extract water from Commissioners Drain, Lode Fen, between National Grid Refs TL 5321 6541 and TL 5295 6504 at the following rates: 38.16 cubic metres per hour, 381.6 cubic metres per day, 27,279 cubic metres per year, between 1 April and 30 September each year. The water will be used for spray irrigation. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Willow Farm, Lode Fen, Lode, Cambridge, between 1 June 2005 and 29 June 2005. Any person wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE28 4NE, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
