At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at Wigthorpe House, Wigthorpe, Worksop S81 8BT, on 13 May 2005, at 2.45 pm, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Leslie Stuart-Harris, of Barber Harrison & Platt, 2 Rutland Park, Sheffield S10 2PD, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” Colonel A A Warburton, Chairman
