HM PRISON SERVICE LAND AT HMP HOLLESLEY BAY, SUFFOLK
THE CRICHEL DOWN RULES—TRACE OF FORMER OWNERS.
Land at HMP Hollesley Bay, Suffolk may become surplus to requirements and in that event will be put forward for disposal. The Crichel Down Rules require Government Departments in certain circumstances to offer surplus land back to former owners or their successors in title. It is now necessary to trace the former owners or her successors. The land: HMP Hollesley Bay Agricultural land adjacent to the Glebe House, Hollesley, Suffolk was acquired under a conveyance dated 23 December 1946, from Edith Coral Pulham of The Street Hollesley, Suffolk. The above owners in each case, or if deceased, his or her successors in title are invited to register their interest in the property. Such interest should be registered either in person or through Solicitors or agents, by writing within two months of the date of this notice to: White & Bowker Solicitors, Turnpike House, Tollgate, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3TG, quoting Ref KLD. Successors to the former owners should state their relationship to the original vendor.
