Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Members of the above Company will be held at the offices of Lee & Company, Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ, on 29 June 2005, at 3.00 pm. The Meeting has been called for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the conduct of the liquidation. Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member. Proxy forms for use at the Meetings should be lodged at the offices of Lee & Company, Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ, not later than 12.00 noon on the day before the Meetings.
