(“the Company”) (formerly A-Life Limited, Vitrolife UK Limited, Fermentech Medical Limited and Fermentech Limited) (Company Number 1506975) Following a general offer to purchase the entire issued share capital of the Company, Mentor Corporation, under section 429 of the Companies Act, issued compulsory acquisition notices to all Shareholders who had failed to accept the offer. In response to further notices, the Company was given notice of a claim in respect of shares held by Atlantic Telecom Group PLC (in Liquidation) (formerly Worth Investment Trust PLC), in connection with shares subscribed for and held by them in the Company.
