Notice is hereby given that a Petition was, on 2 February 2005, presented to Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice for the cancellation of the Capital Redemption Reserve of £1,500,000 of the above-named Company. And notice is further given that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Crown Square, Manchester M60 9DJ, on Friday 20 May 2005, at 10.30 am. Any Creditor or Shareholder of the said Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the said repayment of paid up share capital should appear at the time of hearing in person or by a Legal Representative for that purpose. A copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the under-mentioned Solicitors on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
