Only objectors whose objections/representations are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6 week period ending on Wednesday 29 June 2005 will have a right to have their objections considered at a local inquiry or other hearing. Please note that the Council is not inviting further objections to those policies which it proposes to alter in the Local Plan First Review Alteration Redeposit. These were subject to consultation between the dates of 16 February 2005 and 30 March 2005 and will be dealt with at the Local Plan Inquiry. Explanatory Note The Local Plan First Review Alteration Redeposit said on page 5 that any response to the Redeposit should relate only to a change that was being proposed to the Adopted Local Plan First Review and that no objection could be made to any policies that remained unchanged from the Adopted Local Plan First Review. Having reconsidered this matter, the Council has decided that, contrary to those previous statements, it will now consider any response which relates to the absence of a proposal for change to the Adopted Local Plan First Review, including a response that a policy which remains unchanged should have been changed. 18 May 2005.
