Notice is hereby given that the Partnership of Knight Frank, formerly carrying on business as Surveyors and International Property Consultants at 20 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HZ and elsewhere, was, by agreement between its Partners, dissolved on 30 April 2005. The former practice of Knight Frank was, with effect from 1 December 2003, transferred to Knight Frank LLP, the principal place of business of which is 20 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HZ, and the said practice continues to be carried on by and under the name of Knight Frank LLP at the said address and elsewhere as before.
