AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS DRIVELINE TECHNOLOGY LIMITEDIn accordance with paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors in the above matter is to be held at the Stratford Moat House Hotel, Bridgefoot, Stratford upon Avon CV37 6YR, on 12 May 2005, at 10.00 am, to consider my statement of proposals and to consider establishing a Committee of Creditors. In Order for Creditors to be able to vote details of their claims must be lodged at Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, not later than 12.00 noon on 11 May 2005.
