Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at First Floor, Holbrook House, 72 Bank Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1SN, on 27 May 2005, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up, a copy of which will be available for inspection at the address shown above on 25 May and 26 May 2005, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. Forms of proxy are available on written request from the address shown above, and proxies for use at the Meeting must also be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on 26 May 2005.
