In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court  No 1737 of 2005 In the Matter of a Licence Holder And in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 And in the Matter of CLUB COMMERCIAL LIMITED AND OTHERS And in the Matter of PAUL JOHN BLAKEMORE AND OTHERS Take notice that by an Order of Mr Justice David Richards made on 21 March 2005, and sealed on 30 March 2005, Michael Edward George Saville was removed as office holder in respect of the cases listed below and Joseph Peter Francis McLean and Keith Hinds, both of Grant Thornton, St John’s Centre, 110 Albion Street, Leeds LS2 8LA and Michael Peter Gerrard, of Grant Thornton, 43 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4QR, were appointed as office holder in his place as set out below. The Order provides that: Any Creditor may apply to the Court within 28 days after the date of the advertisement of this notice to vary or discharge the Order; In the case of each Bankruptcy and Liquidation, where there is a Creditors’ committee, it can require an account of Mr Saville’s administration of the Bankruptcy or Liquidation (as the case may be). The costs of complying with a request of the committee for such account should be an expense of the relevant insolvency proceedings; In the case of each Bankruptcy and Liquidation, where there is no Creditors’ committee, an individual Creditor can apply within 28 days after the date of the advertisement of this notice for an Order that an account be given of Mr Saville’s administration of the Bankruptcy or Liquidation (as the case may be). The costs of complying with a request of the Creditor for such account should be an expense of the relevant insolvency proceedings; Any Creditor has the right to object and make representations to the Secretary of State in respect of Mr Saville’s release within 28 days after the date of the advertisement of this notice; and Mr Saville will be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release as office holder within 42 days after the date of the advertisement of this notice.
