NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN
SOUTH SHROPSHIRE LOCAL PLAN 2004-2011
On 8 April 2005, South Shropshire District Council adopted these proposals. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the area of South Shropshire. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for public inspection at: (a) South Shropshire District Council Offices, Stone House, Corve Street, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 1DG. Monday to Thursday 8.40 am to 5.15 pm; Fridays 8.40 am to 4.30 pm. (b) Bishop’s Castle Library, Enterprise House, Station Street, Bishop’s Castle SY9 5AQ. Monday 10.00 am to 2.00 pm; Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm; Saturday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. (c) Church Stretton Library, Church Street, Church Stretton, Shropshire SY6 6DQ. Tuesday 9.30 am to 7.30 pm; Thursday and Friday and Saturday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm. (d) Cleobury Mortimer Library, 2 Lower Street, Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster DY14 8BN. Monday 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm; Wednesday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. (e) Craven Arms Library, School Road, Craven Arms, Shropshire SY7 9PE. Tuesday and Friday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm and 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm; Wednesday 10.00 am to 1.00 pm; Saturday 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. (f) Ludlow Library, 7-9 Parkway, Ludlow, Shropshire SY8 2PG. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm; Friday 9.30 am to 7.30 pm; Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The plan came into operation on its adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or that any requirement of that act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adopton of the proposals may, within 6 weeks from 15 April 2005, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
