Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 175 of the Companies Act 1985, that on 11 April 2005 the Company approved a payment out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 4,900 of its own shares by purchase for a sum of £200,000. The Statutory Declaration of the Directors and the Auditors’ report required by section 173 are available for inspection at the Company’s registered office Adelphi Chambers, 30 Hoghton Street, Southport PR9 0NZ.
