A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Kroll Limited, 10 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RB, on 5 May 2005, at 10.30 am.
