At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 12010 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190, USA, on 31 March 2005, at 10.05 am, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Goderski, of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 7-8 Conduit Street, London W1S 2XF, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” M Wu, Director
