TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he has made an Order
under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping Up of Highways (County of
Buckinghamshire) (No 1) Order 2005” authorising the stopping-up of an area of highway
at land adjacent to Cambridge Road at the Fire Station, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7
2NS.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Transport
Team Leader, Government Office for the South East, Third Floor, Bridge House, 1 Walnut
Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4GA (quoting Ref GOSE/029/001/BUCK/023). It may also be
inspected at all reasonable hours at the Marlow Town Council Offices, Court Garden,
Pound Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 2AG.
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof,
or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the power
of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any Regulation made thereunder
has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of 1 April
2005, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any
provision contained therein.
