THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACES) (SCHOOL BUSES) (NO 1) ORDER 2005

EBURY STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council on 23 March 2005 made the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to provide a parking place for school buses in Ebury Street (on the east side north of the junction with Eccleston Street) which will operate between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays during school term time and will be available only for the use of school buses during that time. 3. The Order will come into force on 29 March 2005. 4. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at Mouchel Parkman., Third Floor, 209-215 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NL until 4 May 2005. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 4 May 2005.
