NOTICE OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Southwark on 19 March 2004, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and of all other powers thereunto. 2. The general effect of this Order will be to introduce Waiting and Loading Restrictions to the following roads: Leather Market Street, Camberwell Grove, Wanley Road, grosvenor Terrace, East Dulwich Road, Walworth Road, Dent Close, Mulberry Close, Coldharbour Lane, Valmar Road, Eynella Road, Southampton Way, Sumner Street, Sylvan Terrace, Halfmoon Lane, Bawdale Road, Nunhead Green, 20 Kimpton Road, Stralkers Road, Alvey Street, Silver Walk, Croxted Road (Normandy Court), Blenhelm Road, Chambers Street, Kimpton Road, Liverpool Grove, Longcroft Road, Wingfield Street, Belford Road, Lausanne Road. 3. A copy of the Order which shall come into operation 6 April 2005, and plans to which the Order relates, can be inspected on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, during normal office hours for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Southwark Regeneration and Environment Department, Council Offices, Chiltern House, Portland Street, London SE17 2ES. 4. Further information and a copy of the Order may be obtained from Transport Group at the above address (telephone 0207 525 5556). 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
