(t/a Enigma Designs) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1T 6ET, on 14 March 2005, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up accordingly and that Phillip Anthony Roberts, 9-10 Hampshire Terrace, Portsmouth PO1 2QF, be and are hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up”.
