THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACE) (NO 20) ORDER 2005

MARGARET STREET

1. Notice is hereby given that the Westminster City Council, on 2 March 2005, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce a residents’ parking place in Margaret Street in the City of Westminster. 3.  The Order, which will come into force on 7 March 2005, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
