NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The Council has prepared Proposed Amendments to the Draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to guide future development proposals for the Castlefields and Norton Priory Action Area (Runcorn) which is allocated in the Halton Unitary Development Plan Revised (2nd) Deposit under policy RG7 Action Area “Castlefields & Norton Priory”.
The views of the public are sought on the contents of the SPD between 17 March 2005 and 14 April 2005.
The draft Supplementary Planning Guidance can be inspected at:

8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Mondays to Thursdays; and
8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Fridays.

Runcorn Town Hall, Heath Road, Runcorn:
