NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 A LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, DISPOSAL OF METROPOLITAN OPEN LAND

The Council propose to dispose (by way of a 60 year leasehold interest) of the land measuring approximately 5.7 acres known as Mellish Fields at Rotherhithe, London SE16, to facilitate the provision of a new Community Sport Ground for local schools, sports clubs and other community groups.

Objections need to be received by 29 March 2005.
