Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Members and a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, on 15 April 2005, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Joint Liquidators showing how the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under section 173 of the said Act. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU, by not later than 12.00 noon on 14 April 2005.
