Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 25 February 2005 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Road Traffic Act 1991, which will come into operation on 14 March 2005. The effect of the Orders will be to: (a) amend the Waiting and Loading Restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice; (b) add an additional pay and display parking bay as specified in the Schedule to this notice. A copy of the Orders may be inspected during office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Orders. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or any requirement of any such enabling Act, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Schedule Waiting and Loading Restrictions No Waiting At Any Time and No Loading between 7.00 am and 10.00 am and 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive: Aynscombe Angle, Orpington, the north-west to south-east arm: (i) the south-west side, from the south-eastern kerbline of High Street south-eastwards for a distance of 21 metres; (ii) the north-east side, from the south-eastern kerbline of High Street south-eastwards for a distance of 22 metres. Chislehurst Road, Orpington, the south-west side from the north-western kerbline of High Street north-westwards to a point 1 metre north-west of the party wall of Nos 9 and 9 a . Church Hill, Orpington, both sides, from the south-eastern kerbline of High Street south-eastwards to a point 8 metres north-west of the rear flank wall of No 97 High Street. Moorfield Road, Orpington: (a) the east and north-east sides, from the north-western kerbline of High Street north-westwards for a distance of 9 metres; (b) the south-west side, from the north-western kerbline of High Street north-westwards for a distance of 11.5 metres. White Hart Road, Orpington: (a) the south-east to north-west arm, the north-east side, from the north-western kerbline of High Street, north-westwards for a distance of 17 metres. (b) the south-east to north-west arm, the south-west side, from the north-western kerbline of High Street north-westwards for a distance of 8 metres. No loading between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive High Street, Orpington: (a) the west and north-west sides, from a point 11 metres south-west of the party wall of Nos 284 and 286 to 290 north-eastwards to a point opposite the party wall of Nos 263 and 265; (b) the east and south-east sides, from the north-eastern kerbline of the unnamed access road that lies between Nos 277 and 279 north-eastwards to the party wall of Nos 263 and 265.
