NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO A STRUCTURE PLAN
LINCOLNSHIRE STRUCTURE PLAN
Lincolnshire County Council has prepared proposed changes to the above plan. If, and when these proposed changes are adopted they will form part of the development plan for the area of Lincolnshire. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use affecting that area. Copies of the proposed changes are available for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours between Monday 21 February 2005 and Monday 4 April 2005 at the main planning offices of: Boston Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire PE21 8QR; East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire L11 8UP; Lincoln City Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, Lincolnshire LN1 1DF; Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1LL; North Kesteven District Council, PO Box 3, District Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 7EF; South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire PE11 2XE; South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St Peter’s Hill, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6PZ; West Lindsey District Council, Planning Services, 26 Spital Terrace, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2HG. The proposals can also be viewed on the website at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/structureplan Objections to, and representations in respect of, the proposals should be sent in writing*, to: Lincolnshire Development, Development Policy Team, Beech House, Witham Park, Waterside South, Lincoln LN5 7JH, before 5.00 pm on Monday 4 April 2005. Objections and representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may also be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals. Only those objectors whose objections are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above within the 6-week period ending on Monday 4 April 2005, will have the right to have their objections considered.
