THE WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET) PARKING PLACES ORDER 2005

Notice is hereby given that Wycombe District Council propose to make an Order under section 35(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Parking Act 1989), the effect of which is to amend the previous Order made by the Council as follows:

(a) by deleting Bridge Street car park, Newland Island car park, Temple Street car park and Wycombe General Hospital car park;
(b) by adding two new car parks to be known as Bellfield car park and Abbey car park;
(c) by increasing the four hour charge at the Wycombe Sports Centre car park from 20p to 30p.

The charges for the new car parks will be as follows:

Bellfield

7.00 am to 10.00 pm—Monday to Saturdays only
1 hour 3 hours 3 hours until closing
60p £1 £2.50
Coaches or Mini-buses are charged double and must buy two tickets per duration
1 hour 3 hours 3 hours until closing
2 x 60p 2 x £1 2 x £2.50

Abbey

Permit holders only

A copy of the Order may be inspected at the Information and Advisory Section of the Council at District Council Offices, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, during normal office hours.
Objections to the proposed Order must be in writing, specifying the grounds thereof, and must be received by the undersigned before 21 March 2005.
