SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925, NOTICE

Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Dura Automotive Pension Plan (previously known as the Adwest Group 1988 Pension and Assurance Plan) is in the process of being wound up. The Trustees have sent a notice to this effect to all Members in accordance with The Occupational Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 1996.
