Lease: A lease dated 25 November 1992 and made between (1) Clerical Medical and General Life Assurance Society and (2) Design Supplies & Developments Limited. Property: The property known as Block/Unit B1, Olympic Industrial Estate, Wembley, in the London Borough of Brent, being part of the land comprised in and demised by the above-mentioned lease.
